Delivery Policy

1. Service Delivery (Martial Arts Classes)

Koryo Taekwondo Club provides physical education and martial arts training in-person. No services are delivered directly to your home. The “delivery” of our service commences on the official start date of the sports season or the date of your first attended session.

All training sessions take place physically at our official branch locations listed on our website (Switzerland: Geneva, Versoix, Gland / France: Pays de Gex) according to the published schedule.

2. Physical Goods (Equipment)

As a sports association, we do not ship any physical products via postal services. If you purchase Taekwondo equipment (e.g., Doboks, belts, protective gear) through our club, these items must be collected in person from your instructor during your regular class hours.

3. Digital Goods & Communications

Registration confirmations, payment receipts (including Wise transactions), invoices, and belt promotion certificates are exclusively delivered in digital format to the email address provided during registration.
