Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Registration & Administration Fees

All new registrations at Koryo Taekwondo Club incur a one-time administration fee of 55 CHF. This fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Membership Fees & Non-Refund Policy

The sports year is divided into two semesters (Sept-Dec and Jan-Jun). Contributions are calculated based on 20 CHF per session and are payable in full at the beginning of each semester. All paid membership fees are firm and final. No refunds, whether partial or full, will be granted regardless of the reason for interruption.

3. Cancellation & Automatic Renewal

Memberships are automatically renewed for the same duration (tacit renewal). Any desire to terminate the membership must be formally announced in writing (via email or SMS). If a formal written notice is not provided, the membership fees remain fully due.

4. Absences & Missed Sessions

Any absence must be reported to the coaching team. Absences do not entitle the member to any deductions, makeup sessions, or refunds.

5. Equipment & Uniforms (Dobok)

The official uniform (Dobok) is required for practice and is available for 40 CHF. If purchased directly from the club, you have 14 days to request an exchange, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Used or personalized gear cannot be returned or exchanged.
